The Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie Your Body Needs

Smoothies provide an easy way to eat healthily on the go and refuel your body after a tough workout. To build a great smoothie, you need a few crucial ingredients: whole fruits, a liquid base (water, low-fat milk, or non-dairy milk), protein, and vitamins & minerals. Creamy Chocolate Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop protein powder

2 tablespoons unsalted almond butter

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1 large date, pitted

1 cup of ice

10 drops of Infuse

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of Himalayan salt
